Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or failure to attend a booked session, are non-refundable.

3. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions. Full session fees apply regardless of late attendance.
